How to make that when vehicle speed not reach 100, vehicle will be harder to reach that be slowing that. Maybe with SetVehicleVelocity? thanks for answers.

you can make a timer when player enter the vehicle to detect if the player's vehicle velocity above 100, and then set the velocity into 100
