when i start samp, on loading screen, my SAMP CRASH. anybody can help me to fix this?
i'm using win 8.1

Try this: right-click on gta_sa.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
Uninstall any external mods and try again.

Rename the installation folder to something like San Andreas2
