In wich way its bugging? I mean, it creates lag or appear an error, server close?
Cause it may be from the Timer as far as i can see from the script.

Did you did the nexts:
1. Set the Cash variable to be =0, on his first connect (when he register)

Question: How often that timer is requested to be execute, cause this may create huge lag...

Yea I've done that, every 1,3sec it checks for money cheaters.

Sorry, i cant really identify the problem, cause there is no problem in your script, i mean is good scripted.
Maybe your Timer creates huge lags and that makes the server to bug and make other scripts to not work properly (that also happened to me in the past when i was a begginer)
Try to make the Timer to be like: 1minute. The hacker will be anyway identified.
