Hey i downloaded San Andreas and, Sa-MP. First tried launching SA-MP, it would work, but not do anything after pressing connect to the server. Put the compability compatibility on Windows XP SP3, crashed on loading screen. Then set compatibility to Windows 95, SAMP worked. Tried /Save there was never a .txt created in san andreas user files, tried as administrator still same issue. Anyone know a solution? thanks.

I use Windows 8.1 and works!
And i don't use any compatibility mode for run sa-mp.
It works perfect!

sorry for double postint, but took of the compatibilities and now SAMP turns on, but nothing happens when i press to connect to server, and cant turn on san andreas..

Try these:
- Re-install SA-MP.
- Set SA-MP compatibility to Windows 98 / Me.
- Run as admin.
- Click connect.
If it does not work try this:
Open task manager (By right click on the task bar and select "Task Manager") >> Search a process named "gta_sa.exe" or something similar >> End process >> Connect again.
