Sugestions for the next versions. (You must consider, that I did not download or view the PAWN code of you script)

Try make the lift up command with an option, so they can choose how high that will rise and then destroy the timer wich rise the lift, as well as for the down command.
Make it dialog style

Anyway, nice ideea i like it, it may be usefull for some servers.
