So i kinda have this problem with SA-MP, it depends on the situation and the luck i have, first is when i minimize the game, and when i try to open it back up, boom, the whole laptop just freeze (well the interface, the buttons down still work, if i open task manager the things change), but i just cant do anything on the desktop/ wherever i am, (the start menu and the other win 8.1 feature work, so i have to restart it, second is when i open the steam overlay, and sometimes when i close it, it happens the same thing stated above.

PS: the laptop is NOT the problem (only reason i play gta sa is that i am addicted to samp, damn you developers!)
