When we put an idea out here for you to use (at the same time it's for everyone to use), it's not unique anymore. Think of stuff yourself, really, you'll be surprised.

Hey bro, i see u want to make ur server unique by having everyone posting their unique ideas in a public forum where uniqueness loses its uniqueness bro so here is my llist of ideas so u can make ur server srsly unique :P
I have ideas for you

1. Able to buy any house for free because it's cool and i want many houses
2. I want to own many hoses
3. Be able to buy a garden and able to put animals like a fucking farm
4. You can buy lamp posts for your garden
5. You can buy torture utensils for your house
6. Also You CCan buy PETS for ur agarden like spiders and other giant shit
8. Make music player
9. Give everyone VIP

And mos important 1:

1337. Make a good furniture system, let players own as many houses as they want, and add upgrades to the house such as alarms, locks, safe boxes...
