I think you need a game-mp account which you will need to buy or maybe somebody can share with you depends i don't think you can make them.

get your online server on a hosted tab so you get more player base?

If you want a free hosted tab you won't get any

As far as I know hosted tab is for 15 $ on volt-host.

And there are no such scripting function that can effect it.

Ive got no idea what this guy told you, but the hosted tab actually is a selected server list and part of the samp client/masterlist. You cant create your own one, unless you suddenly get part of the dev team and add your own tab to the samp client.

Also to clarify that, you dont "buy a hosted tab", you pay to be listed on the hosted tab. I cant stand those posts that seem like the poster had no idea what a "tab" actually is.
