I would like to apologize for this noobish thread, how-ever I am quite pondered. I am trying to make a "server-sided" ELM system if you will. I know you can use GetVehicleDamageStatus or what-ever to "turn on/off" the right/left (front) lights. How-ever I do not at all get this "bit" system. An explanation or tutorial(link) would be much appreciated. Cheers.
