Add it as last plugin in your list, restart your server and show us the server log with the nativechecker messages.

Did you include them in the server.cfg and did you add the .inc files and the compile the gamemode with .inc files?

Yo MUST put nativechecker as last plugin.
You have did that in your server.cfg :

That's the problem.
