Did you try re-installing SA-MP? Also do you have any other addition / replaced files in SA-MP that you added into the directory recently?

Maybe because you added something or someone who owns the same pc did something but I recomend you to delete the GTA folder, re-install GTA and re-intall SA-MP.

If you have restoration activated for your GTA Directory you can follow this:

- Right click on GTA SA folder.
- Select properties.
- Click on previous versions tab.
- Select a version of the time when it was working fine.
