I port forwarded and done the steps as it apears in all the Tuts and i blocked my firewall and the ISP and allowed the DMZ so all ports can be allowed and still not i use TP-link TD-8840T Router help please Sorry if it was the wrong section but i need more help.

Do you have a dynamic IP or a static IP?, i am making you this question because some Internet service providers gives you an dynamic IP, what a dynamic IP is?, a Dynamic IP is used by other peoples , not only you, and you are not able to open your ports, which means you can't port forward, if you have a static IP, and you can Port forward, i suggest you follow these steps http://portforward.com/english/appli.../SA-MP_Server/ . Yes But i have My ISP disabled and Enabled my DMZ so all ports can be forwarded And still not

Since Port forwarding is not working, use a free host. There is a lot of free host providers.
