how do i see neons in daylight!

Hello Everyone!,
I have one problem. How can i visible neons in daylight if you guys know Nextgen stunting server it have neons in daylight how .. please tell me i want like tht.

I might be wrong but I think it is weather dependent.
Try weather ID 15

no no they were using it .. and when we create neon tube bar in maps so it works in daylight

Yes. Read the reply above. Weather 10 also shows the 2DFX pretty well.
