actually i request a server from an hosting company and that server is on 0.3x version but i want to convert it inot 0.3z can u tell mee?

There should be a "Change server version" thing at your hoster panel, if it doesn't exists, contact your hosting provider, that's all i can tell you.

You should update your server version and like David said contact your provider for more help so they can tell you how to do it.

Try to upload new sa:mp files " announce.exe , samp-npc.exe and samp-server.exe " to your game control panel, if you can't as DavidKember and xtx237 told you.
