1) This is not related to SAMP at all, thus it's not the right forum
2) There's no need to create a topic using caps in the title
3) You haven't searched, even a bit, before posting. "How to import .sql file to database phpmyadmin".

Even if it's for your SAMP Server, this is not the proper forum. It's related to SQL so you must post in an SQL dedicated forum. That's all.
In this case, all the persons experiencing problems coding in PHP their user control panel for their samp servers would come and post here ? It would be more a mess than something else.

See i don't think you are right, as i just looked through this part of the forum, and found a recent thread to do with another MYSQL problem, and a person that replied, that is ranked much higher than you, did not complain at all and helped instead. Now if i am wrong for posting this here, i am sorry, but if you cant help, i dont need your opinion and i dont need you to tell me anything. If i am wrong for posting it here, and a BETA Tester is looking at this, then please go ahead and delete this.

Anyway, look at the "Import" tab of PHPMyAdmin.
Click on the clickable button "Chose a file to import" and select your .sql file.
