No. SA-MP isn't made for mobile devices, and never will.

Reasons i could think off:

High Data Usage
Costs
Already on Computers

Well SA-MP itself doesn't really use a lot of usage compared to GTA:SA and costs (for people at least, wouldn't be that high). ****** Chrome is on computers, and also on every major mobile OS, that statement is just invalid flat-out.

Don't forget to mention the extra processing power which is very limited on phones and the time required to port SA:MP over to Android.
