Would it be possible? Would i need LAN or Crossover cable? Would it work perfectly and balance connection between both computers? Would it balance d/u of both computers perfectly? Would both PCs need to have network card for this to be done?

Range is 15m, d = 5.02mbps and u = 0.86mbps

What youre looking for is a router. A modem just has one connection, the router then splits it for more computers. Modems usually are integrated in the router, but if you got a single one you might need to get an extra router. Then you connect the PCs with a cable, or if the router supports it, wlan.

Balancing between the computers depends on the router. Usually both computers will be able to use the full bandwidth, so they might block each other when downloading/uploading at full speed. It will NOT balance speed to 50% if both computers download something.

It's possible but not using a cable will decrease your d/u alot and you won't be able to use it's full potential. Also I'm pretty sure you'll have equal amounts of u/d but it might decrease depending on usage.

If you got 5mbps download, and a 56mbps WLAN connection, or even a 300mbps one, packetloss will be low enough that you wont notice any difference in speed, unless you got a horrible connection.

So, router is necessary? Some guy told me i could just connect both pcs using lan cable with modem and both will have connection. If router is necessary, should i buy some cheap router for 10$, does it matter?

I did it withoutrouter. I connected router with pc using optical fiber cable using LAN4 and it actually worked. I have connection on both PCs now without any bandwith limitation whatsoever. Cash wasted: 0$.
