It seems that either you haven't defined these plugins in your server's configuration file or have outdated versions. Can we see your server.cfg?

Doubt it's the issue, but remove the .dlls afterwards.

Actually there's a really simple solution to this problem, I doubt your plugins are outdated. Just put nativechecker.dll at the end of the line after all plugins and you won't receive these errors anymore.
Edit: with the exception of the last one.
Edit2: libmysql.dll isn't a plugin so remove it from plugins line and plugins folder and put in the main folder!

Mind pasting the actual server log rather than a screenshot of the command prompt window? Also why did you and hide the maxplayers and port, but you did a poor job of hiding the RCON password?

You seem not to have streamer, sscanf and crashdetect plugins properly installed or you even don't have them in your plugins folder.

i got... SSCanf and streamer and crashdetect. in my plugin folder
