Reputation:
Reputations with green color mean that they are valid ones, ones with gray color mean that theyare not valid untill the user who gave it to you has enough requirements. You can earn reputations by helping people, sharing stuff, making cool videos on videos board etc. The minimum requirements for valid reputation is +50 posts.
