Why would you run your server on 0.3c?

You use 0.3c. Some of plugins you use, not supports 0.3c.

That still doesn't make sense, why would you want to go with 0.3c at all? Is it gonna be one of those "hacks allowed" servers with 0.3c version of sobiet? Or even anything in that range? "Hacks allowed" servers are still banned just saying, but I am still just joking, what do you want to use 0.3c for?

I advise you to not do that for security reasons. In that case you're going a huge step backwards.
If it's about lag shots, then change the lagcompmode in 0.3z. Else, if you still want to go back to 0.3c, then download the 0.3c server package and paste your files in there.
