Windows 8.1 Crashing [rep + for help]

Hello, I'm using Windows 8.1 x64 pro, I reinstalled GTA, samp and all of it, but I can't install directx 9, because I have directx 11 allready instaled. and when I try to install directx 9 it shows me this: http://prntscr.com/3zw92n

I tried start it with administration, compatibility and so on...
Help please!

I think directx 11 already has got directx9 features. If you have problem to start GTA with directx error try to put d3dx9_43.dll in GTA location.

Lol GTA San Andreas is compatible with DX11, no need to downgrade

I found that ppl on Windows 8.1 did this and then after its worked by doing this...

Install DirectPlay from Control Panel => Programs and Features => Turn Windows features on or Off => Legacy components => DirectPlay

Ok, I deleted the dll file, but when I try to start the game (gta_sa.exe) it shows me gta_sa.exe stopped working... take a look on link http://prntscr.com/3zwjkz

Yes, all versions... anyway the same GTA with same crack and all I played normally on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 2 days ago.

Try what i did with my previous screen (setting Windows XP, Vista or 7 compatibility) If not work take a look here..... damn http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windo...stRequested=14

Be sure u got latest directx and video card drivers. Then try run compatibility mode in Windows XP SP3 and launch in administrator.

If not work then reply back ill check more solutions lol.

I fixed it, I just mustn't start it as admin, I install other GTA on my D disc, and works fine I will give you all rep+, thanks for help maybe one of you and fix it... hahah
