I prefer /enter and /exit.

/enter and /exit, as sometimes players want to stand somewhere, like in-front of a door, but have their dreams (or emotions ) crushed!

Why are there so few people thinking about using a key for building interactions?
You use a key to enter vehicles, so why not use the same key to enter houses?

Keep in mind that most of SAMP players want a responsive server : the less they do, the glader they are.
