They only give free IPv6 VPS's which will be useless for your needs.

I just checked more about vps.me and found that they are only giving IPv6 which will be useless. If you need a free vps you had better check the following:

• www.haphost.com
• http://www.nationserver.info/
• http://freevps.us/
