Problems
-Mods could be corrupting your game.
-Your gta_sa.set (located in the documents) could be affecting your game.
-Problem with the server (rarely occurs)

Solutions
-Uninstall all the mods, hopefully it will fix it.
-Delete your gta_sa.set
-Don't play on the server (as I said, that only happens on a rare occasion.)

Since i installed win 8 never had SAMP i installed now the samp and not working so i dont think it will be from the mods, cant even find gta_sa.set, tried to enter in other servers and same problem...

The gta_sa.set is located in a folder in the Documents called GTA San Andreas User Files.

Note, once you delete it, all your changes in the options menu (located in the pause menu when you play GTA or SA-MP) will be deleted and have to be reset again.

If it's cracked, I would recommend you get yourself a bought copy.

If i never played samp or entered a server because it crashes AND also i dont want to play off mode there is no gta_sa.set .... the crash is other thing i think it is about compatibility... if i put like win 98 it starts automaticly trieng to enter server ":7777" this is because it dont lets me choose the server...

Have you tried running it as an administrator? I've heard this solves the crashing problem in Windows 7/8.

Also, I have one more solution, try to let your firewall and antivirus programs run SA-MP and see where that goes.

Try renaming your GTA San Andreas directory to GTA San Andreas 2

Note, if you don't know where the directory is at go to C:\Program Files (86x) > Rockstar Games > GTA San Andreas and rename it to GTA San Andreas 2.

If that don't work, just reinstall the game to a different directory such as your desktop and such.
