Sublime encoding problem.
#1

Hi,

I have a problem with sublime when encoding letters like ą, į, ų etc. For example, if I do

pawn Код:
SendClientMessage(playerid, -1, "TEST ą į ų");
While scripting in Sublime, it's okay. But when I go ingame, leters ą, į, ų changes to some kind of symbols.

Any solution?

Thanks.

Nothing you can do about that. sa-mp is not able to display central european characters, russian language, etc. C++ understands the code, but it's a matter of font here.

Hmm, using PAWNO as main program was okay, there was no problem

Pawn doesn't have problems. The sa-mp client has the problem.
The client uses a group of fonts that don't support foreign characters.

No, I mean when I was using PAWNO to script, it was okay, symbols were shown without any problem, I mean if it was ą, č, š in PAWNO, it was the same in game. But as I'm using Sublime now, it has changed. In sublime it's okay, in game it's fucked up.

Hi, go to Preferences > Settings - User and add that before the last bracket:
Код:
"default_encoding": "Western (Windows 1252)",
"show_encoding": true

Thanks, but this didn't help.

pawn Код:
{
    "font_size": 12,

    "default_encoding": "Western (Windows 1252)",
    "show_encoding": true
}
Same. I saved this file, I restarted the program, I recompiled the whole script by the way.

You need to replace all letter by the original, and after, you don't have problem.

Well, I've stated it before. In program, it's okay. I mean I can script using those letters, but in game it's fucked up.
