[0.3z] SetObjectMaterialText background color alpha

Hello,

I found out SetObjectMaterialText's background color's alpha isn't working correctly, I also searched the bug report section and only found a topic saying it bugged in 0.3e and still did in 0.3x (It worked correctly somewhere in the 0.3 R phases.) but it still bugs in 0.3z.

As you could see in this topic I found it out while attempting to fix 'HEX code bugging', the issue will be shown in the next screenshots, you can see which input color is the text and background color from the 'USAGE' line in the screenshot (Click image to get larger version);





There is an easy hotfix, if you set the background color to (0x)00000000 it will also appear 'transparant' because no red, green or blue is added. I hope the SA-MP development team will fix this (Should be pretty easy as the text color is working correctly, they know how to do it.).
