If you use sscanf, and you have an ID problem. Then, you might update your include & plugin.

What does ">>" means?
That you types /makeadmin 1 and it becomes /makeadmin 2?
By the way, try sscanf to format params given from commands. Maybe you are using an outdated version.

The problem is that if you download old gamemodes and they have the plugins in the download link, that means that the plugins will be outdated if it's an old script.
