Update your plugins along with same version of include then recompile ur script.

make sure you have nativechecker sscanf streamer plugin in use and other if required
and make open your gamemode folder and see if WW-RP.amx file is there or not

EDIT: Show us your full server log.

This error is common and is mostly caused because of the plugins error. Well, if you want to find out what is wrong here, download the Native Checker plugin and loading it into the server. The error would be stated above it and post that error here.
