Hello , this morning i reinstalled my windows , all was ok untill i tried to start my sa-mp server

- I installed net framework 4.5 , nothing still this problem

( Before windows 7 i had windows 8 ! )

Did you re install a MySQL server..?

Don't need help anymore .. i moved the entire gamemode to YSI

Update your Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package. I also faced the same problem.
