Bom, estou com um problema que estб me deixando muito PU!#
Quando eu aperto 2x no SAMP-SERVER ele abre e tudo.. mais ele nгo carrega por completo !!

Procure os plugins *.dll e coloque na pasta "plugins", o mesmo para as includes *.inc, porem essas vгo na pasta "Seu server\pawno\include\a_samp.inc" verifique se existem e estгo atualizadas, em seguida deve re-compilar tudo e ligar o servidor novamente.
