samp added object-attachments-driveby-... to GTA.
1-can samp add new cars and weapons to GTA?may samp do it?
2-can samp add new textdraw and fonts and languages and text attachments to car & player?may samp do it?
3-can samp make GTA graphic better?may samp do it?
4-can samp add new anims to GTA?may samp do it?
5-can samp add new languages to chat?may samp do it?
6-can samp........................?

SA-MP Team can only add the fifth one. That's just my opinion. There are infinite number of possibilities.

2) No new fonts
3) No
4) Not probable
5) Possible

By no I mean, it's not either possible or mostly isn't going to be added even though it can be.
