I have an issue with new SA-MP 0.3z ( 0.3z only, everything works fine with 0.3x ). The problem is I do not have any servers in internet/hosted tab, and all servers I add to favourites are offline in my client ( i'm 100% sure that they are really online)

I have already tried:
-disabling firewall
-disabling antivirus
-reinstalling sa-mp
-reinstalling gtaa
-running with all available compatibility mods and admin rights
and I am run out of ideas now...

I would appreciate any help.

Oh and I almost forgot, I am using win7 ultimate 64bit - if that makes any difference.

It must be likely linked to your connection.

If it was linked with my internet connection all versions of samp wouldn't work not only 0.3z

This actually happens to me and Steam and Ventrilo and a few other applications due to my internet modem randomly blocking all ports besides the web.

So try restarting your modem, see if it's blocking access at all ? Also don't disable the antivirus remove it as it can still be running.
