it happened to me before when i had corrupted .asi files or corrupted files in gta3.img try finding what mods you've added recently i will give you their backups

I didnt install any modes, i just got new PC and downloaded GTA and SA-MP, clicked on "connect" and getting to 50%-70% and crashing..

Due to address of crash this could be related with this:

Issue in Windows relating to permissions.

I just turned the firewall off but nothing helps, this is not the permission problems, someone can help me please? i tried running gtasa & samp as admin but nothing helps..
