I did have a quick search yesterday but forgot to post my findings.
So far from what I could see there are no trusted hosts such as SmartBytes or Color etc, that support Boku or Zong, however there was one website that I did find. Its SAMP page wasn't even there, it has the # placeholder instead.

Judging by the way you're talking and what you're requesting, you're way too young to be able to purchase services with more legitimate means.
No legitimate hosting company is going to offer this, the fees for those mobile platforms are just way too high to make a profit.
