why my server wont start on triangl.gs when i click start its say ur server is start but its still offline

You need to use .so since it's Linux.
.dll won't work.

I am referring to:

Merely naming it as .so on the cfg won't suffice.

Correct, you'll need to download nativechecker plugin for linux.
