This has been asked few times but my answer is Los Santos, it's good for gangster-type Roleplay but a nice place for other factions too.

And it is having the best graphics ever seen!
And you can explore the whole world, even SPACE which is NEVER introduced here!
You could go past the moon, or land on Area 51.

OT: Red County it's a nice place because there are not a lot of servers that have their base there yet. Plus it's a nice place with trees, mountains around.
