Do you have IG.amx in your gamemode folder and in server.cfg file? And what plugins to you have? Do you have streamer plugin?

do you have all plugins loaded?
It would be better if you delete server-log.txt start server and then post everything that was there

Download streamer plugin (if you don't have it in your "PLUGINS" folder) and put it in PLUGINS folder, then add streamer in your server.cfg like this:

Download it from the link provided above^
Then put it in the plugins folder.
