Hello,Since when I am playing in SA-MP 3z it makes my laptop slow... / hang. and SA-MP servers are also lag for me.I am playing SA-MP since 2009 at same laptop and same internet.Also i have anti-virus.I didn't download anything new.But I don't know why SA-MP 3z makes me slow.... is there something to do with this problem?

So if you install 0.3x and join a 0.3x server, this problem is gone?
