I remember in 0.3x SA-MP server console supported copyrights symbols such as: ®, ©. In 0.3z it's not supported anymore. Anyone can confirm that?

®, © don't work anymore i think it was removed to work on the console.

That's what I said.. 0.3x supported those, but 0.3z doesn't anymore. Any reason why? It just appears as a letter "R" or "C".
