Hello guys i just wanna ask what Object ID or Name is those

Check objects added on 0.3e. The objects you are showing in the picture are walls with different textures and can be found only on SA-MP Map Editor. Just to know, MTA doesn't have them.

Yes. I've used that Map Editor for a long time, and I can say it's the best on mapping.
