Hello,
I've finally completed my server and I'm thinking to use a free hosting company to host my server for now.
Can somebody post steps on what to do? Am I supposed to upload my server files somewhere or what? Please post in steps and good explanation. Best answer will get +REP and credits in my server for helping me to host.

You need an account first to be able to upload your server files from sa-mp hosting services. You need to register, then use your login details to access the control panel (you can find control panel somewhere in their website after you'd successfully logged in) When you are on your control panel, find your FTP Account info, then use it for ftp software like filezilla. Login your ftp account, then wait till it directs you to your server files where you can upload your server files.

In tittle you said VPS and in post free host?
Anyway, You need to upload to your free hosting company using FTP, FTP details maybe in your dashboard or in your email depends so check for ftp details.
Download FILEZILLA, FTP client. Enter (hostname, username, pass) leave port coloumn and hit connect.
If your host use linux then upload linux plugins (eg:- sscanf.so)
If your host use windows thenupload windows plugin (eg:- sscanf.dll or without .dll)
Upload filterscripts, gamemodes, plugins, scriptfiles and server.cfg, Make sure you dont upload .pwn file because it's useless on host so what you have to upload is .amx files ,plugins, and a config file called server.cfg.

If you're using a vps it's the same just need to change the port to 22 and then use the SSH login details
Don't trust free hosts with your servers.

I don't agree khanz, many free hosts are respectable and have absolutely no history of doing anything of the sort.
