How do you "add maps"? What you mean?
SA-MP lets you to only create objects, not to "add maps".

do you use streamer plugin/include ?
because default samp only can recieves about 1k objects.

You need object streamer, I suggest you Incognito's streamer plugin

make sure you use "createdynamicobject" your maps wont load straight away so your player MAY fall through the object if they spawn on them.
One way to combat that is with freezing the player for about 500 - 1500ms on spawn
