I got this error but i have the gvc.inc in my Pawno>Include folder.

Open pawno.exewhere your 'gvc.inc' is.
Open your gamemode through pawno.exe.
Then try to compile, Make sure you have correct name not like Gvc.in in includes folder and 'gxc' in gamemode.
