I didn't reinstall samp or the game itself but for some reason for some time now the screenshots aren't saved in C:\Users\MarkhossCZ\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\screens anymore and I had a contact of one pawner in one of the screenshots for my server so that's why I need and I even looked in %appdata% and used the "Search" bar in my computer but nothing was found and I remembered the number of the screenshot so I typed it in there but it found nothing so the screenshots must be saved somewhere but I simply don't know where and I am worried that I go hacked with the proxy_sa. applications again but I blocked the firewall...

I don't think your screenshots saves at all.
Check if "C:\Users\MarkhossCZ\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP" is marked as read only.
You can do it by right clicking on the folder, properties, and on the bottom there is a check box.If it is, uncheck it.
If you REALLY can't find a way to save screenshots, you can always press CTRL + Prnt Scrn on your keyboard (thats like copying your screen) and paste it on a black paint. But this is the hard way, try to fix your screenshot problem first.

You sometimes have to relog before it works. Try relogging then take the screenshot again.

The screenshot may be located in a folder in the GTA directory called SAMP (or in data/SAMP). Are you using a pirated version of the game?

Did you try unhiding the hidden files? If that doesn't work, try doing temporary System Restore, it might help.
