As a server owner, it can get annoying when you are in the middle of doing something and someone sends you a message on Teamspeak, having to minimize SAMP and then re-maximise as you should all know comes with the risk of your client crashing which can be a headache.

Is there any software that supports it? (Overwolf doesn't support SAMP yet )

AFAIK The TS3 package contains this plugin, all you need to do is activate it

Enable the Overwulf plugin.
I am not sure if SA:MP is supported yet but it would be since recently overwulf got a huge amount of voting to get samp supported with it.
