For example I have this timer : SetTimerEx("EndAntiSpawnKill", 5000, false, "i", playerid);

Needed to Use KillTimer for kill this timer or Not ?

In this case timer will be "killed" in 5 seconds and it wan't repeat, so no you don't need to kill him.
