You shouldn't need to upload the SAMP server files like announce etc.

Just Upload your Server Files VIA filezilla with the .exe and do sure to put plugins streamer.so in server cfg, and streamer.so in plugins folder

I am going guess that they're already having those Linux executables. You just need to upload server files which includes gamemode, filterscripts, scriptfiles, plugins.
