I already port forward before, it should work but since the SAMP move to 0.3z is there any changes that might cause the server wont online or portfoward problem?

No Shazwan. Check your server.cfg, make sure the port matches the one you forwarded and announce is 1. Later on, if it's port-forwarded correctly, give your IP [whatsmyip.org] to your friend or anyone else, and tell them to add that into their favourites, for example if your Ip Address is 162.631.78[EXAMPLE], tell them to Add that IP and put the port infront of it like this 162.631.78:[PORT YOU FORWARDED]. If they can see it, it means, you've forwarded correctly and your server is up. You can't see your own server with your own External IP, which is shown on whatsmyip.org. You can play in your server from your localhost Address, which can be seen by going in cmd.
