When ever i upload Announce.exe and samp-server.exe to the website so i can start the script, it says "access Denied"

Hmm Which website? Through FTP? Are you using Linux server?

tell me exactly and show me your server log.

i'm using windows, and i tried both ways but still wont work

everytime i upload these 2 files, they get denied and don't upload, which means that i cant start my game/script D:

for login it is, admin.hostmania.eu

Did you contact your provider? they could be blocking the files.

Well if you are using a paid hosting I suggest you to take contact with them it seems like they have given the wrong permissions, they should be able to solve it.

very easy to fix, its your file permisions you need to use filezilla right click on the files, and edit the permissions to 755
