Okay im using GMX Servers... and for some reason i uploaded the gamemode to FileZilla and in the server settings set it to the gamemode when i start the server up it says the gamemode "Unknown" Also another thing... I have a hosted tab but i cant find it on the Hosted list in SAMP... +rep

For the hosted tab thingy contact your host,as for the game mode unknown your missing a plugin make sure your plugins are installed and loaded!

i have them in the plugins folder they are defined in server.cfg whatelse do i need to do

Check that you have the correct plugins. You might be using Windows plugins on Linux, or the other way around. Also check your logs to see why the plugins aren't loading. Always check the logs first.

Fixed the Socket.so one but now i get File or function not found...

Your host has to install the mysql client for their server.
Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
I don't think a static version of the latest MySQL plugin exists anymore, but you could take a look though.
Tell your host to install the library.
